Accessible vehicle selling

Your mobility or accessibility needs should not make selling a car harder.

Ablii can adapt the vehicle-selling process for people with disabilities, wheelchair users, homebound sellers, and customers who need a trusted support person or a simpler handoff.

Direct answer

Tell us what would make the vehicle sale easier for you.

If traveling to a dealership, standing for a long appointment, moving the vehicle, or managing a complicated digital process is difficult, tell Ablii what would make the transaction easier. You can start by phone or online. We can coordinate around the vehicle's current location, include an authorized support person, and plan paperwork and pickup with the seller's accessibility needs in mind. You do not need to disclose private medical details to request an accommodation. The vehicle offer is based on the vehicle and transaction facts, not on a person's disability.

What matters

A clearer decision starts with the parts that actually change the transaction.

01

Start from where you are

A seller can begin from home by phone or online without traveling to a dealership just to request an offer.

02

The vehicle can stay where it is

A disabled or difficult-to-move vehicle can be reviewed at its current authorized location before any handoff is scheduled.

03

Support people are welcome

A family member, caregiver, interpreter, advocate, or other trusted person can participate when the vehicle owner authorizes it.

04

Disability does not determine the offer

The vehicle, condition, title, ownership, location, market context, and transaction details drive the review.

01

Ask for the accommodation, not a medical interrogation

A seller can simply explain the practical need: more time on the phone, a seated handoff, a support person present, a home-based vehicle handoff, or an online path instead of a phone call. Ablii does not need a detailed medical history to understand a practical accessibility request.

Some transaction requirements cannot be skipped, such as confirming identity, ownership, lien or title status, and valid authorization. The goal is to make those required steps easier to complete, not to create unnecessary ones.

02

Wheelchair users and homebound sellers can start without moving the car

You do not need to drive a vehicle to Ablii just to find out whether it can be purchased. Share the vehicle details and current location first.

If Ablii purchases the vehicle, free pickup can be coordinated subject to the vehicle's condition, exact location, access, documents, traffic, workload, and scheduling. If a building, garage, gate, care facility, or third party controls access, explain that before pickup is planned.

03

Communication can include a trusted support person

A trusted person can help explain the vehicle, organize documents, or participate in the handoff when the owner authorizes it. Ablii still confirms who owns the vehicle and who is legally allowed to approve the sale.

If phone communication is not convenient, the online offer request remains available. The seller can choose the route that is easier to use.

04

Accessible service applies to normal and difficult-condition vehicles

The vehicle may be clean and running, high mileage, damaged, salvage-title, mechanically troubled, a pickup truck, SUV, van, hybrid, EV, or non-running. Accessibility support does not require the vehicle to be a special type.

Questions

Useful answers before you decide.

Can I sell a car if I use a wheelchair or have limited mobility?

Yes. Start by phone or online and explain the practical accommodation that would make the process easier. You do not need to travel to Ablii just to request a review.

Can a caregiver or family member speak with Ablii for me?

Yes, with the vehicle owner's authorization. Ownership and signing authority still have to be confirmed for the transaction.

Do I have to disclose my disability or medical condition?

No detailed medical history is needed to request practical accessibility support. Tell us what would make communication, paperwork, or handoff easier.

Will my disability affect the vehicle offer?

No. The review is based on the vehicle, condition, title and ownership, location, market context, and transaction details.

Can the vehicle be picked up from my home?

When Ablii purchases the vehicle, pickup is free. The exact handoff depends on the location, access, vehicle condition, documents, traffic, workload, and scheduling.
